职位描述/要求：
Job Description: To initiate, implement and monitor Customer Service activities to support short-term and long-term business objectives and strategies To complete from order in to account receivable of customer To manage Customer Service (CS) to control smooth shipping flow PO management from PO-in to product shipping out Logistics flow management Forwarder management Account receivable management ISO document management for internal and external audit Interact with IT- E-commence, SAP system management Interact with PC for order management (OMS etc.) Assist Sales to generate different kinds of sales reports Monitor and highlight Logistics administrative issues Develop and maintain appropriate working systems to help improve efficiency and effectiveness of account administration. Job Requirements: BS Degree in Business Administration or Logistics subject Above 2 Years in relevant fields Should have good core competencies on Customer Service Oriented, Communication skills, Teamwork spirit, Proactive, Pursue Excellence, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving. Should have Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills Should have Good Microsoft Office software application skills
